Build the Future.
Own the Stack.
We are not a development agency. We are a circular ecosystem where ideas are funded by communities, built by vetted engineers, shipped from physical hubs, and turned into shared revenue — for everyone involved.
Circular vs. Linear Development
Traditional agencies take money, deliver code, and end the relationship. Coderic works differently: every project contributes to a circular flywheel where revenue from one initiative seeds the next — and every contributor earns a share of the long-term value they create.
The Six Pillars
Each pillar is a self-contained module and a link in the chain. Exit one pillar, enter the next.
Engineering
The Idea-to-Plan (I2P) 90-day incubation protocol. A structured path from raw prototype to an API-first, fundable product.
Crowdfunding
The OPM Engine replaces traditional VC with community micro-investment — validated projects get funded before a line of production code is written.
Freelancers
An elite verified network where developers earn project revenue share — not just hourly rates. The best 10% of LATAM engineering talent.
Coworking
Physical hubs in Bogotá, CDMX and Lima where funded teams converge to build. Workspace access is earned through OPM funding rounds — not purchased separately.
Learning
Coderic Academy trains engineers through real project contributions — not synthetic exercises. Certified engineers unlock higher-revenue projects and multiplied revenue share.
Community
The mesh that holds every pillar together — open forums, live events, and the Everything Connected philosophy. Value created anywhere amplifies everywhere.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can participate in Coderic Development?
Any professional developer, entrepreneur, or investor operating in or connected to Latin America. Developers apply through our 3-step vetting process. Project owners submit a brief through the Hire Hub. Investors participate through the OPM Engine with as little as $50 per project.
What is the Idea-to-Plan (I2P) protocol?
I2P is Coderic's proprietary 90-day incubation methodology divided into four phases: Technical Desiccation (weeks 1–3), API-First Design (weeks 4–6), Crowdfunding Test Phase (weeks 7–10), and Production Hardening (weeks 11–13). Each phase produces specific, tangible deliverables that serve as the go/no-go criteria for the next stage.
How does revenue sharing work for developers?
The development team collectively receives 35% of net revenue generated by their project for 36 months post-launch. This is distributed proportionally based on contribution metrics tracked throughout the build phase. Coderic-certified engineers receive a 1.2x multiplier on their base share.
Is coworking space mandatory for funded projects?
No. Distributed teams can operate entirely through our Virtual Spaces infrastructure. Physical hub access is automatically included in funded project budgets as an optional benefit — teams can convert it to additional engineering time if preferred.
