Traditional freelancing pays once for work that may generate revenue for years. The Coderic model aligns developer incentives with product success — your share of a project's revenue grows as the product grows, for the full 36-month post-launch window.

How the 35% Flows to You

The development team as a whole receives 35% of every project's net monthly revenue. That pool is then split internally by three factors: your contribution score, which phases you participated in, and your certification multiplier.

Contribution Score 70% weight

Lines reviewed, PRs merged, issues resolved, documentation authored. Tracked automatically from GitHub activity throughout the build phase. Resets per project.

Phase Participation 20% weight

Which I2P phases you were active in. Earlier phases carry higher weight — joining at Technical Desiccation (week 1) earns more allocation than joining at Production Hardening (week 11).

Certification Multiplier 10% bonus

Your network rank applies a multiplier to your base allocation: Engineer 1.0x, Architect 1.2x, Fellow 1.5x. Raise your rank through the Learning pillar.

Payout Mechanics

Monthly Cadence

Payouts are processed on the 5th of each month for the previous month's revenue. No quarterly delays, no pending limbo.

Transfer Methods

SEPA, local bank transfer (CO/MX/PE), Wise, or conversion to Coderic Credits for use in the Store. Minimum payout threshold: $25 USD equivalent.

Automated invoicing and tax reporting for Colombian, Mexican, and Peruvian tax authorities. LATAM-first compliance built in.

36-Month Window

The revenue share window begins on public launch date and closes exactly 36 months later, regardless of when you joined the project team.
